  • Marblehead. Steer Swamp. Claire Caplan of Marblehead who volunteers this summer pulls a cart full of wood chips to one of the trails in the swamp.  The chips, when put on the trail, help to slow the erosion of the trail.
  • Marblehead.  Lead Mills. Claire Caplan, 17 years old, is a volunteer for the Conservancy this summer.  She is setting up a sprinkler to combat drought conditions in the field.  They are working to reestablish native wildflowers in this field.
