Stephen McKinney stands in front of his property after the city of Lynn tore down trees, a fence and plan on taking more for the Evans Park project. McKinney plans on losing half his driveway and about 80 feet of property he had maintained for 20 years to the town. Among his concerns is this silver maple tree that could lose most of its roots and collapse when the land is graded.
